Attune to
purpose and
connection
Gather, listen, move, reflect, create, play, rejoice
We believe in the power of coming together in safe spaces that cultivate connection, purpose and a deeper sense of belonging. Shared experiences rooted in presence, reciprocity, and care, can reconnect us with ourselves, each other, and the world. We are a platform where individuals from diverse backgrounds engage in self-inquiry, healing, and regenerative practices. Building a bridge between both traditional plant medicine cultures and contemporary insights, we work primarily with psilocybin-containing truffles and have witnessed their great potential for nurturing expansive experiences to access the fullness of being alive.

The Kiyumi EXPERIENCE BUILT FOR YOU
Previous collabs: Dr. Gabor Maté, Vital Training / Psychedelics Today, University of Maryland
Working alongside
Dr. Gabor Mate
and other leading voices
Over the years, we have collaborated closely with Dr. Gabor Maté as a guide and teacher, supporting our psychedelic-assisted programs as well others others like Dr. Rosalind Watts, Camille Barton, and more brilliant humans.
Why Kiyumi
We offer an integrative and trauma-informed approach to psychedelic-assisted care and wellbeing. Rooted in mindfulness, embodiment, and ethical practice, our work supports both individual growth and educational programs.
Our psilocybin-assisted retreats provide immersive experiences designed with careful preparation and integration, offering a grounded container for self exploration and connection. For those called to support others, our practitioner training builds on these same foundations – through experiential learning to cultivate responsible, embodied facilitation.
We honor the relationship between personal and collective healing, recognizing that these experiences extend beyond the retreat space – shaping how we move, relate and participate; influencing our communities and the systems we are part of.

What shapes our practice

A compassionate
approach
We invite spaces that integrate deep ceremonial experiences with movement, immersive soundscapes, contemplative practices and moments of playful exploration; created with attention to detail, with heart, love and reverence. Our approach is rooted in somatic awareness, creative expression, and deep listening – embracing the fullness of the human experience, from grief to joy and everything in between.
We relate to plant medicine as teachers that can remind us of our inherent nature, the beauty of being alive, the awe of existence and the mystery of life. That said, we acknowledge that they are not a quick fix or universal solution. Set and setting, relational safety, and ongoing integration are essential. Our commitment is to honour both the depth of these experiences, the cultures they originate from and the responsibility that comes with doing this work.

The intelligence of
psilocybin
We work with psilocybin-containing truffles, whose effects can be profound and multifaceted when guided with care. Research shows that these compounds can increase neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to form new neural pathways. In this state, we may become more able to loosen entrenched narratives and reorient toward possibility. This quieting of the brain’s default mode network is often associated with expanded states of awareness, greater cognitive flexibility, and a felt sense of openness.
To ingest psilocybin containing truffles and mushrooms, is to intimately commune with nature and attune with our inner landscapes. Beneath the forest floor, vast fungal mycelial networks function as intricate resource webs, enabling trees to exchange messages and nutrients. This extraordinary system exemplifies connection and mutualism, inviting us to bond with our interrelated natures and reminding us that we are integrated into the web of life, an organic intelligence that lives within and around us.
Psychedelic-assisted experiences invite us to explore deeper layers of ourselves and life. Often ineffable and not always simple, with care and integration, they hold the power to heal and transform.

Nutrition &
Gut Health
Psychedelic experiences are directly affected by the health of your gut – which plays a huge role in your mood, cognition, and emotions. Nourishing yourself before and after psychedelic journeys can help you feel more balanced, grounded and aids the process of integration.

Preparation & Integration
Psychedelic experiences have the potential to be deeply impactful, but their effects unfold through the way we prepare and integrate them. Thoughtful preparation lays the foundation for insight, while integration helps translate those insights into lasting change. See how we approach this.
